Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Window Changed your mind? It happens. You can request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

Cancellation Fees

Within 6 hours: Cancellations are 100% Free.
After 6 hours: If your order has already hit the printer but hasn't shipped yet, we will do our best to stop it. If successful, a 5% cancellation fee will apply to cover the transaction and processing costs we have already incurred.
Once shipped: Orders cannot be canceled once they are on their way to you.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel, please email us as soon as possible with the following:

Order number
Full name used for the order

Email: support@lovefancytee.com

Please note that submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a cancellation if the order has already moved too far along in the printing process.

Order Modifications

Need to fix a typo or change a size? You can request updates to your shipping address, contact details, or product size within 6 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once the "printing" button has been pressed.

Refunds After Cancellation

Once a cancellation is approved, we will send the refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to show up in your account, depending on your bank.

Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally placed the same order twice, reach out within the 6-hour window. We will help you cancel the extra order for free.

Incorrect Information

If you realize your shipping address is wrong, email us at support@lovefancytee.com within 2 hours for the best chance of a fix. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
