Exchanges

Because every item at Lovefancytee is printed specifically for you when you order it, we cannot offer exchanges if you accidentally pick the wrong size, color, or design. We’re a small team and don’t keep a backstock of items to swap out, so please double-check your order details before hitting that buy button!

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? We get it.

Within 6 hours: If you email us to cancel within 6 hours of placing your order, it is 100% free.
After 6 hours: Your order has likely already hit the printer. If we can still stop it, a 5% cancellation fee will apply to cover the transaction and processing costs we have already incurred.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

30-Day Return Window

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your package arrives. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or replacement.

When are you eligible for a refund?

We stand by our quality, but mistakes happen. We will set things right if:

The item arrives damaged or defective.
We sent you the wrong product or the wrong size (different from what you ordered).
The design is significantly different from what was shown on our site.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
In the original packaging with all tags attached.

How to start a return

Email us: Send your order number and clear photos of the issue to support@lovefancytee.com.
Wait for Approval: Our team will get back to you within 2 to 3 business days. Please do not send items back without talking to us first.
Ship it back: Once approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service so the package doesn't get lost.

Fees & Processing

Restocking Fee: $0.00. We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will shoot you an email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
