Shipping Policy

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer shipping to U.S. territories, offshore islands, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days, including:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping time: 4–6 business days

Orders are processed from Monday through Saturday, excluding major U.S. public holidays such as:
New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST) will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING FEES

  • Standard Shipping: $6.99 per order

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We work with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. This may occur when items are sourced from different locations or require separate handling.

If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Items may arrive on different dates.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment status.

SALES TAX

As we operate within the United States, applicable sales tax may be applied to your order based on your shipping address and local state regulations.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout where required by law. We do not control or determine tax rates, as they vary by state and jurisdiction.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, missing, or is lost during transit, please contact us promptly with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Shipping address
  • Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. If a package is returned to us, a reshipping fee will be required to resend the order.
